Lomas del Paraiso is a small, gated community in the El Güízaro neighborhood located less than 2km southwest of Atenas Central. This quiet slice of paradise contains approximately 30 lots with its own water source. Water is provided to the community via a private, on-site, well that constantly fills two large water tanks. LDP’s infrastructure is meticulously maintained.

The pool has a no-cost, passive solar heat system with an adjustable thermostat. The large, custom spa is equipped with a propane heater.

The house contains a high-fidelity stereo system which covers the kitchen, office, master bedroom, master bathroom, upstairs bedroom, deck, spa, and garage. The garage has Klipsch speakers.
The large master bedroom with a walk-through closet is equipped with a split air conditioning unit. The master bathroom has a separate toilet room, large double vanity, glassless double shower with rain heads and a free-standing bathtub.
The large office (spare bedroom) contains a custom-made Guanacaste desk with two work areas.
An oversized laundry room provides outdoor access and plenty of space.
